At Abiah, every order is carefully prepared and packaged with intention before leaving our studio.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 4-6 business days after purchase.

During periods of high demand, product launches, or preorders, processing times may be slightly longer. Customers will be notified if significant delays occur.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.


Shipping Times

Once your order has been shipped, estimated delivery times will depend on the shipping carrier and your location.

Typical delivery time within the United States is 3–7 business days after shipment.

Shipping confirmation and tracking information will be sent via email once your order has been dispatched.


Preorders

For preorder items, shipping timelines will be clearly noted on the product page at the time of purchase. Orders containing preorder items will ship once the product becomes available.


Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping addresses are entered correctly at checkout.

Abiah is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If you notice an address error, please contact us as soon as possible at [your email]. Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to make changes.


Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, the package becomes the responsibility of the shipping carrier.

While Abiah is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or delivery issues, we will do our best to assist customers in resolving shipping concerns with the carrier whenever possible.


Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and work to resolve it appropriately.
